Did you drop it in about 55 ft of water on purpose? Greg   Hi Greg, Yes, I did put that pottery down on the ocean floor on purpose. I make sure the glazes are harmless and I try to place them some place where they can be found quickly in most cases. I love diving and I love making pottery so I hide some of the pottery I make everywhere I dive. I hope you will accept it as a gift from one diver to another. You can't buy my pottery, you can only find it. That sort of makes it rare and hard to get. Hopefully one day my pottery will be famous and you will have a real treasure. I am sending you a picture of your pottery in it's underwater hiding spot as a certificate of authenticity. Thank you for taking the time to write to me and let me know that you had found it.
