Sunken Treasure # 2

Hello, my name is Jonathan Rudolph, I live in Ft. Lauderdale. this past Saturday we were doing a long shallow decompression dive on the Captain Dan wreck. after doing my swim through I was heading back from the bow low on the deck. something caught my eye on the starboard side just before entering the outer walkway. it was your pottery, I thought it was a sponge at first but didn't look right. so after a long set of deco stops, I climb back aboard the boat. and jokingly said "who needs the Andrea Doria we have china of our own in Florida". it was a chance find, most divers don't look at the wrecks very close and since I had 45 mins. on the bottom I could see allot. maybe some others will find some of your work, I have it displayed with allot of other fines from around the oceans of the world.

                                         happy diving

Dear Jonathan,                                                                                                                                                                                                          Congratulations! You are the first person to find one of my "Sunken Treasures". I love diving and I love making pottery so I have decided to hide some of the pottery I make everywhere I dive. You can't buy my pottery, you can only find it. That sort of makes it rare and hard to get. hopefully one day my pottery will be famous and you will have a real treasure. I am sending you a picture of your pottery in it's underwater hiding spot as a certificate of authenticity. Thank you for taking the time to write to me to let me know you had found it.                                                                  May All Your Diving Be Wonderful,                                                                                                                                                                                 Wanda
